The balance of the package cost is due before the travel date, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if the full payment is not received by the due date. The payment methods we accept may vary depending on the booking method and the country of origin.

 

2.4 Confirmation

Once we receive your deposit and payment in full (if applicable), we will confirm your booking in writing via email or mail. The confirmation will include details of your itinerary, payment received, and any other relevant information.

 

2.5 Changes to Booking

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Any changes made to your booking may be subject to additional fees or charges, which will be communicated to you at the time of the change.

 

2.6 Cancellations

If you need to cancel your travel package, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply, and the amount will depend on the timing of your cancellation and the type of package booked. Some travel packages may be non-refundable, and we will advise you of this at the time of booking.

 

2.7 Non-payment

If you fail to make a payment or fail to pay the full amount due by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without further notice and charge any applicable cancellation fees.

 

2.8 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any losses, including medical expenses, accidents, theft, or other incidents that may occur during your trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance.

If you need to cancel your travel package, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply, and the amount will depend on the timing of your cancellation and the type of package booked.

 

3.1.1 Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel your travel package. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the type of package booked, the timing of your cancellation, and other factors. We will advise you of the cancellation fee at the time of booking and again if you request to cancel your booking.

If you need to make changes to your travel itinerary, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If changes can be made, additional charges may apply, and the amount will depend on the type of package booked and the nature of the changes requested.

 

4.2 Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make changes to your travel itinerary at any time for any reason, including but not limited to force majeure events, changes in government regulations, or changes in travel restrictions. If we make changes to your itinerary, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with alternative arrangements that are comparable to the original itinerary.

 

4.3 Changes Due to Force Majeure Events

If changes to your itinerary are necessary due to force majeure events, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by you as a result of the changes. Force majeure events may include but are not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or any other events beyond our control.

 

4.4 Changes Due to Travel Restrictions

If changes to your itinerary are necessary due to travel restrictions imposed by the government or other authorities, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by you as a result of the changes. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all travel restrictions and requirements.

 

4.5 Refunds

If changes to your itinerary result in a decrease in the package cost, you may be entitled to a partial refund. If changes to your itinerary result in an increase in the package cost, you will be required to pay the additional amount. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, and any fees charged by third-party payment providers may apply.

5.1 Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas or travel authorizations for your travel destination. We will provide you with general information on passport and visa requirements, but it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary travel documents before your departure.

We will provide you with a detailed travel itinerary and any relevant travel information before your departure. It is your responsibility to review the itinerary and travel information and notify us immediately if there are any errors or omissions.

 

5.1.3 Responsibility for Travel Documents

You are responsible for the safekeeping of all travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, travel authorizations, and travel insurance policies. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your travel documents.

 

5.2 Travel Insurance

We require that you provide us with proof of travel insurance before your departure. The insurance policy should include coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, and baggage loss or delay. 6.2.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for medical emergencies, emergency medical evacuation, and trip cancellation or interruption. This insurance will provide you with additional protection in case of unexpected events that may affect your health or safety during your trip.

If any services provided by third-party suppliers fail to meet the standards promised by the supplier, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the issue. However, we are not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by you as a result of the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.

 

7.1.3 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by you as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
