Cancellation Policy



1. Cancellation by Customer 

 

Customers may request cancellation of a booking   by emailing us at info@algaree.com with their booking ID and full name.

 

Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of service:

 

      A. Holiday Packages / Tours 

 

  Cancellation   within 24 hours of booking  :

   Full refund , provided the booking has not already been confirmed with suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport vendors, etc.).

  Cancellation   after 24 hours   or once supplier confirmations are issued:

  Refunds will be processed   as per supplier/vendor cancellation rules  , which may include partial or full charges.

 

      B. Flights 

 

  Flight cancellations follow the   airline's cancellation policy  .

  Airline cancellation charges + service fee (if applicable) will be deducted.

 

      C. Hotels / Transfers / Activities 

 

  Refunds depend on the   hotel or service providerโ€™s cancellation policy  , which may range from fully refundable to non-refundable.

 

 

     2. No-Show Policy 

 

If a customer fails to show up for a booked service (hotel, tour, flight, activity, etc.) without prior notice,  no refund  will be applicable.

 

 

     3. Cancellation by Algaree Services Pvt. Ltd. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel a booking under the following circumstances:

 

  Supplier inability to honor the booking

  Operational issues or safety concerns

  Incorrect or incomplete customer details

  Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

 

In such cases, customers will receive:

 

    100% refund  , or

  Option to choose an alternative service of equal value

 

     4. Refund Timeline 

 

If a cancellation is approved:

 

  Refunds will be initiated within   7โ€“10 business days 

  Credit will be applied to the original method of payment

 

Actual credit to your account may depend on:

 

  Your bankโ€™s processing time

  Airline/supplier refund timelines

 

     5. Non-Refundable Services 

 

Some travel services may be strictly non-refundable (e.g., special airfare deals, last-minute hotel bookings, promotional packages).

These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

 

     6. Modifications / Rescheduling 

 

Changes to an existing booking (dates, destination, passenger details, etc.) may incur modification charges as per supplier policies.
